Siriu Lake is an artificial lake in the municipality of the same name in Buzău County, Romania. It was created between 1982 and 1994 through the construction of the Siriu dam. The dam was originally planned as an earth dam, but has since been made of concrete to increase its stability and safety. The area around Lake Siriu is a beautiful landscape with forests and mountains, which also makes the region interesting for holidaymakers.

There are five tastefully furnished apartments for a total of 10 guests (+ 10 children), as well as a swimming pool, bar, garden, children's playground, free WiFi throughout the property and much more. The air-conditioned rooms have a flat-screen TV, private bathroom and terrace. A delicious breakfast with local produce is served each morning.

Many tourist attractions, such as Rătești Monastery, the mud volcanoes of Berca, the Sărata-Monteoru resort (with medicinal and salty springs) or the Dealu Mare wine region are very close to the guest house. Vegetarian or special allergen-free menus are available. Here, traditional Romanian recipes are combined with international influences, resulting in a unique Romanian slow-food cuisine.
